If you need a response, you must first fill out the form on the Care and Warranty Page then email us at email@example.com. (Please note: Form MUST include date and place of purchase to be valid). For questions about a product you have not yet purchased and cannot find an answer on this site, please fill out the General inquiry form below and we will be happy to answer you. Questions regarding previously purchased products should not be submitted via this form. See details above for how to contact our Customer Support department.
