Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. During holiday periods we aim to ship out within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Days are counted from the date the order was placed. (Any order submitted after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.) We always choose the most cost effective way to ship your products and offer free shipping with tracking for any orders over $75 shipped within the United States (sorry Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.) If for any reason your items will be delayed, we will contact you immediately and give you your options. Please note that we are shipping to the address you submit at the time of ordering. If the address you give us is unsuitable for delivery or needs special instruction, please make sure to include that at time of shipping in the 'special instructions' area. Ownership of packages turned over to carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Please contact us if you wish to have a signature required delivery - additional charges will apply.
