Return Policy

IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your Majyk Equipe or LA Equestrian items from us directly then please contact the place of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to emails or phone messages relating to items that were purchased elsewhere. 


Returns  We are happy to refund your item in full if notified within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we offer exchanges or gift cards up to 45 days from delivery date. Items must be clean, unused and in the original packaging with original tags attached. Final sale items, custom items, Special (Limited) Edition items and gift cards are non-returnable. Due to the nature of wear and tear, fly protection items are non returnable. Please contact us at  support@majykequipe.com to request a return authorization.

Free Exchanges 
If you made a domestic purchase within 45 days and realize that you purchased the wrong size, we are happy to offer a free exchange for the correct size or another item. Please contact support@majykequipe.com for a free exchange tag. Exchanges ship free of charge unless you are exchanging for an item of lower value, in which case a flat rate may apply. Free for the first exchange only. We strongly suggest checking all sizing on the 'Size Charts' page of our website in order to avoid ordering the wrong size. Oversized Items and Single Bell Boots/Overreach Boots are not eligible for the free return shipping offer. Should you wish to return an over sized item for exchange (pad, fly sheet, blankets, coolers etc),we will give you details of how to return. Single Bell Boots/Overreach Boots may be exchanged, but shipping costs are not covered.

Sale, Special or Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items qualify for a full refund,  If you request a refund for an item that was purchased with a discount or at a sale price, shipping costs will be deducted and a handling charge may apply. Final Sale, Custom and Special (Limited) Edition items and Fly Protection items cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, email support@majykequipe.com for a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you via email. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not in their original condition or missing packaging/tags. Dirty items will not be accepted. Refunds are applied to your original method of payment and typically take 7 -10 business days to process. If you haven't received your refund within 7 -10 days, please email support. You are responsible for all shipping costs relating to the order. If the original order included free outbound shipping and you wish to return the item for a refund, then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.  If you received a free promotional item with your purchase, you will need to return it at the same time. If you choose to exchange your purchase for another item or a gift card, you can keep the free item, and we will waive all shipping charges. We recommend shipping your return with registered post for tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

Defective Products
Please inspect your products as soon as you receive them. Please follow all directions on our Care and Warranty page. We are happy to assist you with any defective products that have previously been registered for warranty. You must register for warranty within sixty days of purchasing. The warranty is good for one year from purchase except for Fly items, Bell Boots, Apparel and Accessories which we will consider on a case by case basis. If you did not purchase from us originally, please contact your place of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot answer any correspondence relating to purchases made elsewhere.
