Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days providing the order is placed before 4pm PST. Orders placed after 4pm PST will be processed the next business day and shipping times will be calculated from that day. If you need your order to arrive faster, we suggest using an expedited method of delivery. If an item will take longer to fulfill, we will notify you.

We ship with the top carriers in the country, but occasionally there may be circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to rectify any delayed shipments of this sort. We rely on you to give us a safe, secure place to deliver your goods. If you are unsure about the delivery location, please request a signature or insure your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We usually ship with DHL or a locally approved shipping carrier. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit. We suggest that you insure your package. International shipments may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Please remember that you will be responsible for any local customs and duties imposed by the country in addition to the shipping cost.
